Available 12th scale 1:48th (quarter scale) country cottage from Elly's estate. This adorable quarter scale Flowerpot Cottage was made by Elly herself. The front part of the roof and the front corner of the house can be lifted off to reach the inside of the house.
The house comes with several pieces of furniture and some accessories. The cottage could use some TLC in places but is otherwise in good condition.
