Silver spinning wheel

€22   SOLD Available 12th scale spinning wheel from Elly's estate.  This miniature silver spinning wheel is nearly 3 inches (7,5 cm) high and would fit in a 12th scale scene.  The wheel is marked with several marks, the sword being one of them.  The treadle is also marked with a sword.  Underneath the frame there is another mark.  The weight is 31 grams.  My guess is that it is a mid 20th century piece. The bobbin and flyer mechanism turns and the wheel also turns by using the treadle or the handle on the side.  In theory a drive band could be added to make the wheel and bobbin and flyer turn by using the treadle.  Unfortunately one pin from the wheel going through the post has broken off (could easily be repaired).
