€39 SOLD
Available 12th scale potty chair (or kakstoel) from Elly's estate. This potty chair is a copy of the late 17th/early18th century 'kakstoel' from Petronella Oortman's dolls' house. It has a pillow with a hole where the child would be sitting and the potty could be put underneath through the door in the front. It has a second smaller door where I suspect some glowing coals would be put to keep the child warm (after all, the child would not have any clothes on his bottom half). The wooden wheels would enable it to be easily wheeled around to where the chair was needed.
There is a pin missing on one of the hinges and a few tiny scratches on the tray surface.
